HOW DOES IT WORK?
All you need is a desktop scanner* and an Internet connection.** The scanner will image the
front and back of the checks, ensure image quality, determine and populate the dollar value
of the checks (optional) to reduce the need to key in check amounts. Deposits are balanced
and submitted to the server. The bank will use the deposit file to print substitute checks
and process them as if you had made the deposit in the bank branch. Reporting features
allow you to access history of deposits and images and export to account applications.
